My career began as a specialist in sales and digital marketing, with a mission to optimize companies' branding and generate clients through the web. After 10 years at AutoTrader, I transitioned to headhunting in marketing, a field that, in many ways, shared the same essence: attracting quality talent to contribute to companies' growth.

After several enriching years at La Tête Chercheuse, I decided to launch my own recruitment firm. In its early days, our firm was generalist, but two years later, with the arrival of Nicolas Gaboury, we chose to focus on the real estate and construction ecosystem.
